The human resources firm Brandon Hall Group honored Trustwave for "Best Advance in Corporate Culture Transformation" in its coveted 2023 HCM Excellence Awards™.
The Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards recognize best practices for initiatives in Learning and Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Sales Performance, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and the Future of Work. Brandon Hall Group is a professional development company offering data, research, insights, and certification to Learning and Talent executives and organizations.

As part of its transformation, Trustwave incorporated input from across the business and built a talent philosophy focused on high performance and transparency, constructed new corporate values, developed an inclusive leadership model, formalized its first-ever employee value proposition, and instituted Moments that Matter, a hybrid approach to work.
In response to this new cultural framework, even amidst the challenges of the Great Reshuffle, Trustwave experienced an 13% reduction in voluntary attrition over the past year. The retention rate for the company's top performers now stands at 1.1 times the overall retention rate. Notably, Trustwave achieved a remarkable 10-point improvement in its overall engagement score in the latest employee survey, marking a 21-point increase over the past three years. Impressively, Trustwave has an A+ rating on Comparably and a 4.4/5 rating on Glassdoor.

A panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group analysts, and executives based evaluated entries on these criteria:

- Adoption, integration, user experience, innovation, and creativity
- Overall effectiveness, impact, and measurable benefits.
