Comparably Honors Trustwave with Leadership and Career Growth Awards

Comparably, the leading workplace culture and compensation monitoring employee review platform has recognized Trustwave with two major awards: 2024 Best Companies for Career Growth and 2024 Best Leadership Teams. Trustwave is honored to be ranked 11th on Comparably's list of large organizations with the best career growth and 15th on its list of best leadership teams.

Every year, Comparably gathers data from diverse workplace environments and organizations to present awards, as judged by the individuals who understand their companies best – their employees. These most recent accolades were awarded based on Trustwave employee ratings and direct feedback around culture, leadership, and development opportunities, as well as direct feedback that Comparably collected.

Comparably put together its 7th annual list of 100 companies with the best leadership teams after it looked at millions of anonymous ratings from 70,000 companies. Companies were applauded for having leaders who listened, recognized employee efforts, and cared about employee wellness.

Similarly, the 7th annual list of Best Companies for Career Growth was awarded based solely on ratings provided by current employees who anonymously rated their professional development opportunities on Comparably.com between May 13, 2023 - May 13, 2024. Responders answered questions such as:

• Are you challenged at work?
• How often do you get valuable feedback on how to improve at work?
• Do you have a mentor at work?
