Comparably, a leading workplace culture and compensation monitoring employee review platform, has awarded Trustwave three new accolades: “Best CEO,” “Best Company Culture,” and “Best Company for Diversity.”
Trustwave’s CEO Eric Harmon ranked eighth on Comparably’s list of best large company CEOs, while Trustwave scored highly among Best Company for Diversity and Best Company Culture. Comparably selected Trustwave as a winner based on employee ratings and direct feedback around workplace experience, leadership, and culture.
“The foundation of our culture is built on our TRUST values, which prioritize Transparency, Respect, Unity, Service, and Transformation,” said Oriana Vogel, Chief Human Resources Officer at Trustwave. “I’m proud that our employees feel empowered within the culture we've collaboratively crafted, underscoring our dedication to diversity and the openness of our leadership. These awards acknowledge the exceptional efforts of our team each day as we serve our clients, partners, and fellow Trustees.”
The Best Company for Diversity award was based on sentiment ratings provided by employees of color (non-Caucasian) who anonymously rated their companies on Comparably.com during the period from November 2022-November 2023, according to Comparably’s methodology.
Rankings were determined based on a series of 50 questions in 16 core culture metrics, from compensation (salary, bonus, raises) and career growth (opportunities, mentorship, goals) to leadership (CEO, executives, direct managers) and work environment (work-life balance, perks & benefits, coworkers) in yes/no, true/false, 1-10 scale, and multiple-choice format – providing a comprehensive and accurate representation of what it’s really like to work at these companies if you are a person of color. The answer to each question was given a numerical score and then compared to companies of similar size on Comparably.
Comparably awarded Best Company Culture status based on a similar set of criteria culled from the same time period with the information being offered by the company’s entire workforce, according to the methodology.
