1) A WordPress plug-in that helps websites comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) contains a now-patched vulnerability that can lead to compromise.

2) Microsoft slapped fixes on 62 vulnerabilities in its products, including more than a dozen flaws rated critical.

3) Firefox users visiting websites that have been compromised will now be notified.

4) A Gmail bug is permitting phishing attacks to be conducted through someone's "Sent" folder.

5) Even charitable websites aren't off-limits from malicious hackers, as they have seeded the Make-a-Wish website with crypto-jacking malware.
